Kunshan Huapin Aluminum Industry Share: Precautions for Aluminum Oxidation Treatment

Fix the unqualified workpiece to the fixing device and oxidize it with aluminum, and then anodize it according to the method of oxidizing aluminum in sulfuric acid aqueous solution for about 3 minutes. After the film has softened and peeled off, slightly clean it with rye and ammonia nitrogen. After dehydration, electrolytic oxidation treatment can be performed again.

Aluminum oxide technology requires that the workpiece be washed with an organic solvent (characteristic: clear, colorless liquid) before being transferred to a heat treatment or welding process to remove surface oil. A coking oil based sintered layer (the process of converting a powder material into a dense object) that is difficult to remove with organic solvents and can cause localized corrosion when immersed in rye.

The oxidation treatment process for aluminum alloy products is as follows:

1. Degreasing treatment: Before aluminum alloy treatment, aluminum alloy products should be degreased in order to remove the protective oil layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy and ensure the uniformity of the surface during subsequent treatment.

2. Acid etching treatment: After degreasing aluminum alloy, acid etching treatment must be carried out to remove oxides from the surface of the aluminum alloy.

3. Alkali etching treatment: After acid etching treatment, alkali etching treatment shall be carried out to remove the oxide on the surface of aluminum alloy and the indentation left during the extrusion process.

4. Mixed acid treatment: After acid and alkali etching, a gray layer of mixed elements will remain on the surface of the aluminum alloy, which must be removed with mixed acid to reveal the essential color of the aluminum alloy.
