Manufacturing technology of embossed aluminum plate

Design pattern: First of all, design embossing pattern according to customer demand or market trend. This requires professional designers to use drawing software to draw accurate patterns, which vary in complexity and style, such as diamond pattern, orange peel pattern and corrugated pattern.

Making mold: making embossing mold according to the designed pattern. Usually, high-strength alloy steel materials are used to ensure the accuracy and hardness of the mold through cutting, forging, heat treatment and other processes. The quality of die directly affects the pattern quality and production efficiency of embossed aluminum plate.

Plate preparation: Select suitable aluminum plate raw materials, and generally choose aluminum plates with different alloy composition and thickness according to the requirements of product use. Pretreatment of aluminum plate, including cleaning, degreasing, etc., to remove oil stains and impurities on the surface and ensure the smooth progress of subsequent embossing process.

Embossing: The pretreated aluminum plate is put into an embossing machine, and a pattern corresponding to the mold is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate through the extrusion of the upper and lower molds. In the process of embossing, it is necessary to accurately control the parameters such as pressure, speed and temperature. The pressure is too small and the pattern is not clear; Excessive pressure may cause deformation or rupture of aluminum plate. Too fast speed will affect the quality of pattern, and too high or too low temperature will also affect the material and pattern effect of aluminum plate.

Post-treatment: the embossed aluminum plate may need further treatment, such as surface oxidation treatment, to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of aluminum plate; Or painting, spraying and other treatments are carried out to increase the decoration and color diversity of aluminum plates.

Manufacturing technology of wire drawing aluminum plate

Surface pretreatment: similar to embossed aluminum plate, aluminum plate is cleaned and degreased first to remove oil, dust and impurities on the surface, which provides a good foundation for subsequent wire drawing process.

Wire drawing treatment: There are many methods for wire drawing process, the common ones are mechanical wire drawing and chemical wire drawing.

Mechanical wire drawing: Through the contact between the wire drawing wheel or abrasive belt on the wire drawing machine and the surface of aluminum plate, the surface of aluminum plate is rubbed at a certain pressure and speed to form fine wire drawing texture. The mesh number and material of drawing wheel or abrasive belt will affect the drawing effect and quality. The higher the mesh number, the finer the drawing texture; The lower the mesh number, the rougher the drawing texture. According to different needs, you can choose different drawing methods such as unidirectional drawing, bidirectional drawing or random drawing. One-way wire drawing makes the surface of aluminum plate form parallel lines, while two-way wire drawing forms cross grid texture, and the texture of random wire drawing is more random and natural.

Chemical wire drawing: the surface of aluminum plate is etched by chemical solution. By controlling the parameters such as etching time, temperature and solution concentration, the surface of aluminum plate forms a uniform micro-rough surface, thus showing a similar wire drawing effect. The advantage of chemical wire drawing is that it can handle aluminum plates with complex shapes, and the wire drawing effect is uniform, but the composition of chemical solution and processing conditions need to be strictly controlled to ensure the stability of product quality.

Post-treatment: After wire drawing, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and decoration of aluminum plate, post-treatment processes such as passivation, oxidation or painting are usually carried out. Passivation treatment can form a protective film on the surface of aluminum plate to prevent aluminum plate from rusting; Oxidation treatment can not only improve corrosion resistance, but also enhance the bonding force between aluminum plate and subsequent coating; Painting or spraying can give aluminum plates various colors and glossiness according to customers' needs.
