How to prevent chemical corrosion in the process of alumina plate processing?

In alumina plate processing (especially chemical links such as anodic oxidation and acid-base cleaning), to prevent chemical corrosion, we need to build a system from three dimensions: "source control (chemicals and equipment), process protection (operation and environment) and emergency plan and treatment". The core is to prevent chemical agents (strong acid, strong alkali, electrolyte, etc.) from directly contacting human body, equipment and environment. The specific measures are as follows:

First, source control: cut off the corrosion risk from the agent and equipment.

The root cause of chemical corrosion is leakage, misuse of corrosive agents or incompatibility of equipment, so the triple control of "screening, storage and equipment adaptation" should be done before use:

Standardize the selection and storage of chemical agents

Give priority to low corrosive substitutes: if the process allows, substitute high-risk reagents with low concentration and low irritation (for example, use citric acid instead of sulfuric acid for mild degreasing to reduce strong acid corrosion; Replace sodium hydroxide with weak alkaline cleaning agent to reduce the harm of strong alkali), and reduce the corrosion strength from the source.

Classified storage to prevent leakage;

Agents should be stored in special corrosion-resistant containers (such as PP plastic barrels and PTFE storage tanks), and it is forbidden to use ordinary metal containers (such as iron drums will be corroded by strong acid and release metal ions to pollute the agents);

Strong acid (sulfuric acid, oxalic acid) and strong alkali (sodium hydroxide) should be stored in different areas (the distance is more than 1 meter), and isolation belts should be set in the middle to avoid violent reaction after mixed leakage (such as exothermic splashing of acid-base mixture, which will aggravate corrosion);

"Corrosiveness" warning signs shall be posted in the storage area, equipped with a temperature and humidity meter (to avoid the aggravation of chemical volatilization caused by high temperature, such as the significant increase of sulfuric acid volatilization above 30℃), and away from fire sources, food and workers' passages.
